Chief Justice Nominee Confirmed
The Commission on Judicial Appointments has confirmed the nomination of Associate Justice Tani Gorre Cantil-Sakauye, as Chief Justice of California. Justice Cantil-Sakauye will stand for election in November 2010. Watch video (3:47).
