1-9. What are Division Three's current and future facility plans?

A. The main courthouse for Division Three is located at 925 North Spurgeon Street in Santa Ana, California. This building also houses the clerk's office and judicial chambers for six of the court's eight justices. Any court filings or personal deliveries should be made here.

B. Some of the court's facilities, including the offices and conference rooms for the court's judicial settlement program, as well as two judicial chambers, are located in a separate structure at 500 West Santa Ana Boulevard, about ¾ mile to the west.

C. Construction is underway for a new courthouse, to be completed by late 2008 or early 2009 in the heart of the Santa Ana Civic Center. This will allow the court to vacate its current leased facilities and and to better serve the public in a single, centrally located structure. The architects are Carrier Johnson of San Diego and Costa Mesa. The project is being implemented by the Office of Court Construction & Management.
