3-3. May I file a brief by overnight delivery, fax or e-mail?

A. Briefs, petitions for rehearing, and answers to petitions for rehearing are deemed filed on the date of mailing by priority or express mail as shown on the postmark or the postal receipt, or on the date of delivery to a common carrier promising overnight delivery as shown on the date of the carrier's receipt. (Rule 8.25(b)(3).)

B. The provisions for overnight delivery do not apply to writs, motions or oppositions to motions.

C. Division Three does not accept filing by fax or e-mail.
