7-5. Can I get a transcript of oral argument?

A. The court does not transcribe oral arguments, and cannot provide written transcripts.

B. The court will provide recordings of oral arguments upon request. You must provide the court with the name of the case and case number, the date of oral argument, a blank recordable compact disc (CD-R or CD-RW) and a self-addressed, stamped mailer to allow for return of the recorded CD. Contact the clerk's office for any additional requirements, including any applicable fees.
