Directions to Settlement Conference Facilities

1. The settlement conference facilities for the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three is in the Civic Center Professional Building, 500 West Santa Ana Blvd., Room 400 - about ¾ mile east of the Spurgeon Street courthouse in downtown Santa Ana.
2. Location: While the street address is 500 W. Santa Ana Blvd., the building is actually set back considerably from the street - behind the fountain at Sasscer Park. The pedestrian entrance is on the SW corner of 4th and Ross Streets, cater-corner from the Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse.



3. Parking: The entrance to the (pay) parking garage is located on 3rd Street, ¼ block west of the intersection of 3rd Street and Ross. The building can be accessed through either the ground level of the parking structure or at Level 3-A. The court does not validate parking.
4. Elevator Access: Use only the west elevator. (The east elevator is locked off at the 4th Floor.) Please check into Room 400 about 10 minutes before the scheduled conference time.
5. Freeway Directions:
   1. From Central Orange County / Los Angeles. Go south on the Santa Ana Freeway (I-5). Bear right (south) onto the Broadway/ Main Street offramp. Exit at Broadway. Turn right (west) onto Santa Ana Blvd. Turn left (south) onto Ross Street. Turn right (west) onto 3rd Street.
   2. From South Orange County / Orange County. Go north on the Santa Ana Freeway (I-5). Exit at 1st Street. Go west. Turn right (north) onto Ross Street. Turn left (west) onto 3rd Street.
   3. From Long Beach / South Bay. Go south on the San Diego Freeway (I-405) to the Garden Grove Freeway (SR 22). East on the 22 Freeway to Bristol Street exit. Turn left on Bristol until Santa Ana Blvd. Turn left (east) onto Santa Ana Blvd. Turn right (south) onto Ross Street. Turn right (west) onto 3rd Street.
   4. From Riverside / Eastern Orange County. Go west on the Garden Grove Freeway (SR 22) to the La Veta / Bristol Street exit. Left on Bristol to Santa Ana Blvd. Turn right (south) onto Ross Street. Turn right (west) onto 3rd Street.
