11. What information should be included on the cover of the brief?

The front cover must show the title of the brief, the title, trial court number, and Court of Appeal number of the case; the names of the trial court and each participating trial judge; the name, address, telephone number of the attorney filing the brief, and the California State Bar membership number of the attorney and each attorney who joins in the brief (see rule 14, CRC).
