The main office for the California Supreme Court is located in the Earl Warren Building at Civic Center Plaza in San Francisco. Fax filings are not permitted unless approved by the court in advance. For the Supreme Court's case management system, please visit the Case Information page.

Los Angeles
In addition to its main office in San Francisco, the California Supreme Court has a branch located in Los Angeles, where the Court hears oral argument four times each year. Customarily, Los Angeles court sessions are held in April, June, October and December.

Note: This location will be closed for rennovation from February 2009 through February 2011. During the rennovation, the location of the court's February and November oral argument sessions will be listed on the court's web site at: http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/calendars.cgi?Courts=S
The California Supreme Court normally hears oral argument in February and November at the Stanley Mosk Library and Courts Building, 914 Capitol Mall in downtown Sacramento.
