Tuesdays at 1:30 PM in the Jury Assembly room (ground floor of the Eureka Courthouse)
For assistance in filling out small claims forms.
Unlawful Detainer (Responding to Evictions):
Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:30 PM in Room 305 (3rd floor of the Eureka Courthouse)
For assistance in responding to an eviction lawsuit.
The self-help attorney is also available on a walk-in basis on the first Thursday of the month, from 5:30PM - 6:30PM, during Small Claims Night court.
