Instructions for Completing the Comment Form:

The following form must be completed before commenting on a proposal. Comments will not be processed unless areas marked with an asterisk ("*") are completed. After completing the comment form below, click on the submit button located at the end of this page. All comments will be reviewed by an advisory committee or task force which will make final recommendations to the Judicial Council's Rules and Projects Committee. Comments received will become part of the public record of the council's action.

The deadline for submitting comments is November 19, 2008.
