*Tule River Alcohol Program (Porterville)
1010 N. Reservation Road (Little Creek Lodge/TRAP Program)
Trap is a residential facility that was organized in 1979 in response to a recognized need in the community for a Native American treatment program that would recognize the unique culture experience to be found in the Native American Community. TRAP is a dual based recovery program. It has a strong emphasis on both the philosophy of Alcoholics Anonymous and the traditional spiritual values inherent among Native people. It is believed that both are necessary for the recovery process to occur. [90 day program]
