Judicial Review and Technical Assistance Projects
The Judicial Review and Technical Assistance (JRTA) program consists of three major projects: 1) Title IVE Site Visits, 2) the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) Project, and 3) the Permanency Project. All three provide technical assistance, training, and resources to California courts and stakeholders in the areas of child dependency and delinquency.
