Statewide Judicial Initiatives Statewide Administration: Probate Conservatorship Task Force

In January 2006, Chief Justice Ronald M. George announced the appointment of the Judicial Council's Probate Conservatorship Task Force, a new statewide panel to make recommendations for improving the management of probate conservatorship cases in California trial courts. Conservatorship cases involve a court's assuming oversight of persons who are unable to take care of themselves or their property.
