Architectural, Engineering, and Related Services for Superior Court Buildings

The Office of Court Construction and Management (OCCM) seeks to identify a number of qualified architectural and engineering consulting teams lead by an architect licensed in California with expertise in all phases of planning and design for program intensive public buildings. Selected consultant teams may provide services in all phases of planning, design and construction, for one or more of ten California Superior Court buildings in various locations within the state, the individual projects are described in the RFQ attachments B.1 through B.10. Selected consultants will be commissioned for specific project assignments beginning in October 2004.

Statements of qualifications must be received prior to 1 p.m. on July 23, 2004. Submittal requirements are further described in the Request for Qualifications.
