Real Estate Appraisal Services
The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) seeks the services of a Real Estate Appraiser experienced in determining the fair market value of commercial, public and institutional properties in Orange County, Calif. The selected Real Estate Appraiser will provide appraisals of up to four (4) properties of two to four acres each, that are under consideration as a site for a new Court of Appeal building.
