Administrative Office of the Courts
Welcome to the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) site for the Trial Court Enterprise Financial System.
A Request for Proposal (RFP) for the system was issued on February 5, 2001. The AOC is seeking from all interested software and implementation software vendors that have proven experience in public sector enterprise resource planning systems, proposals to license a financial management system for use by the State's 58 trial courts. The AOC desires to certify an ERP system with the following functionality: general ledger/budget control, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, project accounting, and grants accounting. The vendor will be responsible for installing and configuring its software at the AOC to meet the base functionality presented in the RFP. The base configured software would then be licensed for use by the State's trial courts.
Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific) on Tuesday, March 6, 2001. Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing to the AOC no later than February 28, 2001. A mandatory pre-bid conference was held at the AOC in San Francisco on Friday, February 16, 2001 at 1:00 p.m. at 455 Golden Gate Avenue, Judicial Council Conference Center, 3rd floor, Redwood Room.
