This archive contains reports to the Judicial Council on proposals for new and amended California Rules of Court, Standards of Judicial Administration, and Judicial Council Jury Instructions. The reports include information and analysis on the proposal and its rationale. Each report also contains a chart summarizing public comments on the proposal and committee responses to the comments.
