Fee Waiver Forms

Usually, you have to pay a fee when you go to court. The fee for a summary dissolution is usually more than $200. If you don't make much money, you ask the court for a "fee waiver (opens in new window)." If the court gives you the fee waiver, you won't have to pay the court fees.
