What happens after I fill out the forms?

After you fill out your forms:

  1. Make at least 3 copies of each form,
  2. File your forms with the Probate Court Clerk at your courthouse. Click here to find your court. The Court Clerk will give you a court date.
  3. Give notice of the case to all the child's relatives. Click here to learn how to give notice.
