You can get local court forms from the court clerk's office in your county. Some courts also have forms on their Web sites.

Unofficial forms
Most county law libraries have books of unofficial forms. Formbooks usually have many different kinds of forms. Some formbooks also give information on laws related to each form.

Hastings College of the Law's Web site has a research guide on books that have forms. You can find books with forms on many topics, like civil procedure, criminal law, family law, landlord/tenant law, and wills/trusts. On the Hastings site, click on "Research Guides" in the left navigation bar and then click on "CA Legal Forms."
Many Web sites have unofficial forms. The Los Angeles County Law Library's Web site lists many of these sites. Go the Los Angeles County Law Library's site and use the "Guides" pop-up menu to select "Legal Forms."
