The family court is implementing a "Pro Per Day" as part of the court's calendaring system. All self-represented litigants make their first court appearance on "Pro Per Day," usually biweekly. Assembled for this calendar are representatives from the local child support agency, the Family Law Facilitator office, and volunteers from Humboldt Mediation Services.
