How does the landlord fill out the rest of the Complaint?

Only the landlord or his/her lawyer can decide what to say in the complaint. It's illegal for a paralegal to tell the landlord what to say. The landlord should go through the form carefully, and make sure s/he checks all the boxes that apply to the case.
