What happens if the tenant wins?

The judge may decide the tenant has the legal right to stay in the property. If so, the judge may order the landlord to pay the tenant's costs, like filing fees and attorney fees (if it is in the rental agreement). The judge may also decide how much rent the tenant has to pay.
