No. The procedures for unlawful detainer cases DO NOT APPLY to:
- A renter in a hotel or motel for a period of less than 30 consecutive days;
- A single lodger in a private residence that is also occupied by the owner of the residence;
- Transitional housing; or
- Mobile home parks or recreational vehicle parks, where special rules apply.
