Fill Out Your Forms

This section will help you prepare your claim. To prepare a claim, you need to fill out "court forms." Court forms are the papers that tell the court and the person or business you want to sue about your claim. In your small claims case, you'll need to fill out a Plaintiff's Claim And ORDER To Go To Small Claims Court/Information For The Defendant (Small Claims) (form SC-100). (You may also need to fill out other forms.)

For help with your court forms, use the pull-down menu to select the court where you're going to bring your claim.
